Kelli began working at UNOW in February of 2010 as a substitute. She became a head teacher in September of 2010. She has worked in older toddlers and 3 year olds classrooms.

Kelli is originally from Boston, Massachusetts but grew up in Vermont and Connecticut. She moved to Lawrenceville, New Jersey to attend college and has lived there for 30 years.

Kelli has a BA in Early Childhood Education and Sociology from Rider University. Before working at UNOW, she worked at J&J at their Child Development Center.

She also spent 10 years taking care of her children at home.

Kelli lives with her husband, Joe, and 3 children, Andrew, Patrick, and Emmy as well as her dog.

She enjoys watching her kids play soccer and traveling with her family to their favorite spot – the Outer Banks in North Carolina.

Her favorite children’s book is The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein.
